Milk-Fed Pastured Pork


     Our pigs just love being outdoors in the grass, wallowing in their mud puddle, and rooting up the grass and soil. Besides enjoying the grass, they are supplemented with certified organic grain, and yummy milk.  We never give any antibiotics or hormones. 

   They come running when they see you with a milk bucket; it’s dessert to them. Milk-fed pork is a delicacy in Europe. Our family loves the pork chops, spare ribs, hams, ground pork, roasts and bacon.

     Our custom butcher will cut everything just the way you want it. An all natural, no MSG, no nitrates seasoning is available for your hams, bacon and sausage.

     We only have pork available in the fall and start taking orders in May. An example of a whole pig would yield the following:

Pork Roast  3-4#  (4 pkgs.)

Spare Ribs 3#   (2 pkgs.)

 Pork Steak  1#  (3 pkgs.)

 Pork Chops 1#  (17 pkgs.)

     Ground Sausage 1# (15 pkgs.) 
Ham 3#   (8 pkgs.) 

Bacon 1#  (20 pkgs.) 

     Smoked Hocks 2# (4 pkgs.) 

Picnic Ham 3 # (1 pkg.) 

Smoked Jowel 1#  (3 pkgs.) 

(2)4# tubs of lard 

  A total of approx. 114 lbs. of meat     This is just one example of an order.  Yours may be different if you order your cuts of meat different. It’s all your choice and we will walk you through your cutting specifications.    A whole would take the space of 6 brown grocery sacks or 6 cubic feet total.  A 1/2 would equal approx. 1/2 of the above.  A whole hog would costs approx. $570.00.  Processing would be an additional about $180.00.    A 1/2 would be approx. $285.00.  Processing would be about $120.00.
PORK IS NOW SOLD OUT FOR 2011.
New Orders will be taken in May of 2012.
